Our machines can produce PVC profiles, PVC pipes, and other plastic pipes.
First, mixing machine is in charge of charge mixture, drying, plasticizing and coloring of plastic powder. (If you want to load the material automatically, DTC feeder is suitable for mixing machine)
Second, extruder is in charge of plasticizing deeply. (If you want to load the material automatically, ZJF feeder will help you here.)
1. Single screw extruder is just for granules ’ plasticization.
2. Twin screw extruder is suitable for the plasticization of plastic powder and plastic granules .
Third, mould and vacuum shaping box are in charge of shaping of the material which is from extruder.
Then Haul-off/drawing machine will draw shaped products along shaping box.
In the end, cutting machine will let you get the length at your request.
Maybe you need a pilling frame, sure.
